why wpw?
The Women Physicians Wellness Conference brings the nation's top women speakers on leadership, career development, and self-care on Grand Cayman Island to share their stories and strategies on building and sustaining wellness as you advance in your medical career—all while obtaining CME credits.
But we go a step further.
We actually build wellness into the conference too.
wellness in practice
We don't just want you to learn the data behind wellness in medicine, we want you to apply those strategies while you're here so we've incorporated wellness into the conference itself:
*A relaxing, tropical location to unplug and recharge while you learn.
*Half-day sessions to allow you to reflect on what you learn and make a plan to apply those strategies.
*Wellness activities like morning mind-body workouts and reflection questions built into each session.

what people are saying…
“The speakers were absolutely fantastic. I felt like I was listening to a bunch of TED talks! The location was glorious. I like that the conference was a half day; even though I felt very engaged in the talks, my attention span was spent at the end of the morning. The food was outstanding; hands down the best conference food I’ve ever had. I like that we all sat at round tables and the seats were assigned; that, along with the breakout sessions each hour, allowed us to stay engaged throughout and make new friends!”
“Thank you for a wonderful conference! Overall, it was simply fantastic and I will definitely be recommending it to all my women physician friends and colleagues!”
“Love the supportive women in this environment. I felt comfortable sharing my own fears and insecurities and learning from others. Thank for making this happen!!! So grateful!”
“Really great experience! Excellent way to re-energize by connecting with other physicians who are struggling with similar issues. Speakers were spot-on and engaging. Awesome location, hotel...AMAZING!”
“I immediately came home and composed an email stating I would like a meeting time changed, and it was. Previously I would have just suffered through it, my family would have suffered, and I would have been upset. But the conference helped give me the confidence and wording to do this.”
